They are Here consist of a billboard, with the text SIE SIND HIER [THEY ARE HERE].
The text “SIE SIND HIER” [THEY ARE HERE] is placed on a dark background. The bold statement “SIE SIND HIER” has an authoritarian appearance but at the same time it slides sideways as it come across ambivalent as there’s no hint to who are they.
