Gustav Hellberg has just launched an Instagram account for his professional photography. Parallel to his art practice, where installations and video based work have been the backbone, Hellberg has been busy with his camera(s) too. Most photographs has been used for research and documentation but many images has been made to carry their own aesthetic assertion.
Currently a backlog is being posted, starting out with images shot in Western Australia in 2017 and images captured inside and around a GDR nuclear reactor in Stendal, 2015. These photographs will soon be followed by a mix of backlog footage and Hellberg's latest activities.
